Technology & Architecture

Cloud-Native, Auditable, Scalable

Certificate data is sensitive: a customer's heat analysis, supplier relationship and carbon profile all sit in the same document. That is why we design the architecture layered, encrypted and audit-logged at every step.

R&D Stage — In Development

System Architecture

  1. Interface Layer

A web interface for uploading documents, reviewing validation results and issuing the passport. Designed multilingual and mobile-friendly.

  2. Document Processing Layer

Managed optical character recognition and table-extraction services that preserve table structure on skewed, stamped or low-quality scans.

  3. AI Layer

Large language models map messy text onto materials-engineering fields: which number is yield strength, which row is the heat number, which abbreviation is which element.

  4. Rules & Standards Layer

Validation happens here and is deliberately separate from the AI: limits are checked with deterministic rules, so results stay repeatable and defensible.

  5. Data & Storage Layer

Encrypted document storage, flexible-schema certificate records and an immutable audit trail. Documents are encrypted at rest and every access is logged.

A document enters at the top and is stored at the bottom as a validated record.

Our Design Principles

01

AI Reads, Rules Decide

The conformity decision is never left to a language model. The model only extracts data; pass/fail comes from deterministic, standard-backed rules.

02

Every Result Shows Its Source

Every extracted value is stored with the region of the document it came from. When a result is questioned, you can go back to the exact line on the original certificate.

03

The Data Stays the Customer's

Certificates carry commercial secrets. Documents are isolated, shared only with the user's explicit consent, and are not used for model training.
