You are among the first to use the prototype when it is ready, testing it free of charge with your own certificates.

A Benchmark Report

We share a report specific to you: the accuracy measured on your own documents, compared with your current process.

Confidentiality Guarantee

Documents you share are covered by a confidentiality agreement: used only for testing, never shared with third parties, and deleted on request.

How We Proceed

  1. 01

    Intro Call

    We listen to your current certificate process and where you lose the most time. About half an hour.

  2. 02

    Sample Document Set

    A confidentiality agreement is signed and a handful of representative certificates are shared. Sensitive commercial details can be masked.

  3. 03

    Testing & Measurement

    Documents are run through the system, extraction and validation accuracy is measured, and errors are classified.

  4. 04

    Joint Review

    We go through the results together. If the system helps your work we continue; if it does not, we say so plainly and discuss why.

Who Can Join

  • A manufacturer, exporter or service centre that processes mill test certificates regularly each month
  • Companies exporting to the EU that carry carbon reporting obligations
  • Anyone receiving documents in mixed standards (EN, ASME, ASTM, DIN, JIS) and struggling to match them
