  4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
  5. Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
  6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  7. Requesting notification of correction and deletion operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
  8. Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
  9. Claiming compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

Information Required in Applications

In accordance with the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the following information must be included in your application:

  • Name, surname, and signature if the application is written
  • Turkish Republic identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number or identity number if available for foreigners
  • Residential or business address for notification purposes
  • Email address, phone and fax number for notification if available
  • Subject of the request

Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

11. Right to Complain to the Personal Data Protection Board

In case your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the deadline; you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 (thirty) days from the date you learn of the response and in any case within 60 (sixty) days from the date of application.

12. Changes to the Disclosure Notice

This disclosure notice may be amended from time to time in line with changes in legal regulations or updates in our data processing activities. The current disclosure notice will always be published on our website, and in case of significant changes, notification will be provided through our website.
